How do I open a MDF file using the ePSXe?
As far as I know you can't. Use daemon tools to mount it, configure the virtual device as cd-rom in epsxe. Then go for File --> Run CDROM. Just as simple as that? Right ;)

Exactly right. Ive had to do this with a couple rom files. Kind of a pain most rom files can be found in .ccd format so I always steer clear of the .mdfs.

Well go into the program your using for the drive, Open the image file. Once its opened up right click on it and mount to device. Atleast thats how Alcohol 120% is.

Well it's easier to tell you you can run mdf/mds the same as any other psx iso, but i believe you need to configure your cd drive plugin.

Maybe creating a .cue file using your midis and the original iso? I dunno, I'm learning personally.
