help for emulate dreamcast plz

I'v dl Ecco the Dolphin - Defender of the Future.cdi for dreamcast, and also for emulate: dreamemu-0.0.4.1-bin-rel and nullDC but when i open the software, it's always say me that he can't find the bios.
How can i resolve the problem ? Where find a bios for emulate this game ?:mad2:
