PJ64 plugins?

I've recently begun emulating N64 out of nostalgia; and some games just don't look or sound the way I remember them.

Can anyone advise or suggest plugins to assist me in my quest for reliving my childhood? I think this also could be a useful topic to anyone whom searches. ^_^

it also depends on your computer is it newish or run by dinosaurs on hamster wheels? default good but i learn to have many cause each ones can have better or worst effects
