I love zelda too but who cares, their improving the game..you know they schedule it back so they can make it better. Just ignore it and when it comes out it comes out. Plenty of other good games to try.

yeah, but am i the only one who thiks the revolution controller is like the lamest thing ever? I swear man that is the lamest thing ive ever seen. They better do something miracoulos with it or else nintendo is screwed. So far I think I wont be buying it. They say they try to make games fun and graphics dont matter, which of course graphics arent everything, but with a lame controller that has attachments and less graphical power i thnk that system may be doomed.

Okay, I read the new Game Informer, and one of the sections was a debate about what will seem to be the best next console. One of the writers suggested that the new Zelda game could be released on the same day as the Revolution. And there's always the speculation that it's going to be moved over to the Revolution.
Personally, I've actaully lost all interest in the game's release date. I'll buy it when it comes out. If there are any copies left by the time I get to the store.

Nope it's not going to be for Revolution, check the official nintendo site it says Date-2006, Platform-GCN and I love the new controller it's different, I know everyone's used to the same thing but i's time for some changes, You'll probably hate it now but when you try it I bet you'll like it. Nintendo has always being about risks NES and SNES controller were the same then bam came the all new N64 Controller. Same goes for Zelda it went from OOT to a cartoonish Wind Waker that everyone thought they'd hate.

yes speaking of the wind waker i own the title myself...and when i first saw it i didnt think i would like it...but i must say after having played it and beaten it, its one of my all time favorite games on any console...i love the open endedness of the game world with no loading times and the feel of the game is really nice as well...the controls are simple yet intruiging...and the story is stellar...the graphics are different but the charm is there and it really is gorgeous...by the way did anyone know that ATI makes the graphics for the gamecube...they also made the ATI all in wonder graphics card that is really nice

Yea its a bummer Twilight princess is being moved back yet again...but think of it this way..there are so many great Zelda titles out right now..yea they are old school but whats wrong with that? Also, How many of them have truly sucked?? I can think of maybe one...Zelda 2 but it was still innovative and its a great way to kill time. SO take heart and wait it out because Twilight Princess will probably go down in Nintendo history..no Video game history! No matter what system (gc or revoulution).:p

I wouldnt really be interested unless i rented it because other than metriod which is a freakin good game I just dont think there is enough games to facilitate pwning one, but for those of you that oiwn it pleaser dont take what I mean as bashing gamecube, I like it but only if someone else own it and lets me play too

A good bit of the reason it's being delayed is "compatibility compromise". It haas been decided to keep the new title on the GameCube, however, they are "redoing" the game now so it will utilize the features of the Revolution's new controller when played on the Revolution.
