View Full Version : Trouble Saving?

My GBA emulator runs fine in every other aspect...

But every time I go to save, it freezes up and I need to enter task manager to continue what I was doing outside of the GBA emulator.

Is there a fix/work-a-round?

Yeahhhhhh.

I tried a couple GBA emulators. One of them being Visual Boy Advance.

and I play leaf green.

Do the other pkmn games work?

the pokemon games have problems saving, someone will be able to help you better with that, as for emulators, VBA is the best emulator out there.

Anyway, i'll see if i can find that topic and link it for you.

yeah, they work (or at least they should), instead of saving from the game, try Ctrl+s to save and load w/ Ctrl+L on Visual boy advance, i have that emu

I never save from the game, I just go to file > save.

I think it just goes through the process of saving and then brings me back to the main playing screen (like it did on the GBA)but a file isn't created.

Okay, so I went through all the steps and it allows me to create the .sav and .sgm files, but it won't let me load them back up...

Try saving the the normal way without useing file. Also don't double post. Use the edit button.

Tatsuya, if you were referring to my pokemon thread, it got deleted by the admin when he tried to remove the gay porn off the forum, after the valarion incident.
Never got around to make another since it was poorly visited anyways.
