Here are a few YouTube channels created by Professors in Nottingham University in England. There's Pariodic Videos which deals with chemistry and the paridodic table. Sixty Symbols which deals with physics. And Nottingham Science which looks at many differen't science experiments.

Those are pretty good.

I have made a few indestructible cakes, myself... sadly it was by accident.

The Sixty Symbols episode you provided a link to was a very good video. It covers Black Hole Theory.
What made it enjoyable was that they showed the math as they went, rather than just making a claim.
Very informative and scientific presentation. Thanks GameGeeks, for sharing.
Being an avid astronomy lover, I may provide links to these guys in the future during discussions.

And here I thought Youtube was only good for copyrighted music videos, lonelygirl15 wannabes and crappy AMVs :p
