I have the Fusion, and I have downloaded Sega CD Roms from this site, and the Sega CD part of the emulator says to adjust the English BIOS, and when I browse my computer while doing that, none of the games that I've downloaded show up.

I'm assuming that the way to play a came is to put it on the BIOS thingy in the options, and then when you pick "Boot Up Sega CD" the game just starts, but I'm kind of new to the emulator thing, so I need some help. Thanks!

You want to click file load SegaCD Image. Locate the game you want to play then click it.

You need to get the 3 types of bios:

Put them somewhere and set your directories to find them, then it should work fine.

That link didn't open for me...it kept asking me to find an appropriate program to open that file...I'm sorry guys, I'm not really that technically savvy, and I REALLY want to play the old Sega CD games I used to like. :(

Click the link. Click download lower left. Save it's best to save all your files to your desktop or a download file.
Extract the files.
You may need 7 zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) if you don't already have it. Or you can use winrar if you have that.
Place the files in a Sega CD Bios folder in. Place that folder in the same folder as Fusion.

Open Fusion.
Click Options
Click Set Config
Click the Sega CD tab
Click Browse on USA Bios find the USA BIOS you downloaded. DBL Click it
Do the same for the JAP and EUR bios.
You should now be set.

I tried that, when I downloaded what was on the link, it wasn't a .zip file I could extract from.

It's probaly a 7z file. Download 7-zip and you should be able to extract it.
