From my understanding this is a rare gem. Leaked many long years ago. It may be useless now. But if there are any collectors out there or anyone who wants to make their own PS1 game, here ya go. Don't ask me how to use it because I don't know yet. :p

Woah, great find. Maybe I'll give it a go and be severely dissappointed by my lack of understanding after 10 minutes...

This seems more like a utility then a game.

Now, is this a developer kit which allows you to make the games on your PC, or is this strictly a PSX disc?

Seems you not speak English much...
I fail to see anywhere in the contents of this thread an answer to the question I asked above. Now, if I am overlooking something, could someone be so kind as to point the information out to me?

That still doesn't really give me a clearcut answer. I know there are utilities for the PSX itself for creating games (i.e. RPG Maker). However, as I'm not comfortable with said utilities, I decided to ask if it was for the PC or not. I didn't want to jump the gun and assume.

I belive it's for the pc. It's a step up from RPG Maker since it was probaly one of the many tools developers used when making games in the days of old.

Ah, finally. Thank you, GameGeeks. :)
So, I'm curious. Has anyone tried this yet? I'd think that much of the programming language would be C++. If this is the case, we should be able to find tutorials with relative ease.

Nope, I should also mention, RPG Maker is also on the PC, I belive there's five different versions out right now. My favorite being RPG Maker 2003, which I belive is the second one released.
