PS7 v0.19 controller problem

for some reason, even with switching the controller keys in CONFIG, i cant seem to make the "start" button work. defaults F1, dont work. tried switching to 'enter' and 'M' but it still doesnt work. recently dled Xmen vs Street Fighter, and u need to press START to play, and pressing the key for "start" doesnt help. anyone else have this problem?

Are you using an actual gamepad? Or are you just using your keyboard?

Because maybe your start button is fried on your controller.

The problem may actually be your emulator.
