Anyone have any ideas? I tried setting it to the bare bones and it's still not working.

It could be that because the emulator keeps its settings in the windows registry and it's already set on your old card. Try using a registry cleaner and then set up a fresh copy of the emu.

I'll give it a shot thanks. Any recomendations for a registry cleaner. Or does windows have one and I just can't find it.
I hear this is pretty good. My brother has it installed.

What should I be cleaning using the program? I tried a few things and it's still having issues.

Can't seem to find those files. Or how to get to those locations.
Ok, followed that and it's still not working.

Try using a different graphic plugin.

I think your card is better then mine. I'm using a Nvidia 4800 so it's a bit out dated. I think I can get it to work, but I'll have to drop my nice settings.
