You're only looking for Sega Swirl the game? It's included with the Sega Smash Collection Vol 2 for the PC. You can find on eBay usually for less than $5. Plus, you get awesome games like Shining Force and Sonic 2!

I thought you ment sega smash pack1 and sega smash pack2 are in sega swirl,cause i used to have that game it used to be like my favorite pc games.:mad3:
