game save gone?

recently, i downloaded spyro: YOTD and played it. so after playing a little while, i saved it in-game, and decided to continue my progress on Legend of Dragoon. i load up disc 2 to continue my progress, only to see that there is no data at all. WTH?!? was it because i saved spyro before i started playing LoD?

and how do the save states work? i tried it in spyro but it didnt work at all

if your using epsxe and are able to save,then you mustve setup a memory card,1 atleast,and with just 1,it saves just like a memory card from PS1,so no it shouldnt have been replaced. Maybe you should save the game on disc 1 if you didnt already

oh and for save states,in epsxe,you press f1 to savestate f2 to change which slot to savestate in and f3 to load the savestate

Some emulators work with some games, and not w/ others. Try a different emu.
