In the readme file it says you can switch resolutions and full screen zoom modes but I can't find them in the gui. I tried messing with the ini but can't get them enabled. I would like to change full screen mode to 1024x768 resolution so hq3x filter will be available just like in gens+. Also when I check the full screen stretch box in the gui it does not seem to work.
Anybody know anything about this? Any help would be appreciated.:D

I found the answer. I finally decided to delete the ini and start over with the settings. On a hunch, this time when it said to change force compatible gfx to 1 - I didn't. Last time I did and that apparently caused the problem. I later realized that the message it displays on first startup is a suggestion in case you have problems with the graphics. It was confusing to me.:D
