Yeah, I'm not sure whether we are doing a good job or not, and I can't see that you can really group us all as a whole. Kameo does a wonderful job in anime and all that, you guys did that character tourney, and I haven't been here that long to really do anything.

Anyhow, Kurt is right, this should probably be in feedback. Unless you give me a good reason not to sometime soon, I'll probably just move it over there.

I am not power-hungry either. I am saying that if no one is gonna take them, then I am fine with stopping by and checking up on it. It is an easy way to cover all of the forums until we find more moderators.

I think we, or compared to this thread idea, should start polls on moderator election for different forums or something like that. But I don't want to be the moderator of something that is not in my expertise...as the VBulletin FAQ says, moderators are typically that of the forum they are experts at.

I think I understand enough of most of the forums for basic moderator duty. Besides, moderators are more like peace-keepers here than experts.

the poll is asking wether or not you think that the general gaming mods are doing a good job and therefore should be in general gaming

2. This is a pointless thread. We are supposed to keep the spam out of our threads, but this is spam in itself. This doesn't need to be here, and some could say that some moderators are doing their jobs, and others aren't. I probably should've closed this instead of moving it.

3. Mods should only be moderators in areas of their expertise. Or they should at least know enough about it to help in case anybody there needs anything. I am in General Gaming because I know a lot of stuff with pretty much any emulator for almost any system. Pizzaman is in Graphics because he is good with graphics. Chaos Master is in General because nothing he says really has a subject. Kameo is in ROMs and Anime because she has most of it and can help you get them. He is probably the mod who stays most on topic and fulfills his job the most. So enough of these stupid ego-boosting "Am I doing a good job?" topics!

2.this isnt spam i sent a pm to every mod saying we should ask the people of coolrom if we were doing good jobs in certain forums.

1. Samus can beat ridley. Link can beat Samus. Sine this isn't rock, paper, scissors, Link can beat ridley.

2. There doesn't need to be a thread in every forum. There should be one multiple choice thread that lets you select which forum people are doing a good job. Not several just taking up space and not accomplishing much. No offense, but it seems that you just want a pat on the back. I agree with Iconoclast. If you are doing your job correctly, it shouldn't cross people's minds to think about your performance at all.

3. I'm not saying you are a bad mod. Let's not make this personal. I no nothing of this thread fight between you and Kameo. But, he must have had a reason for stepping in. I am generally good at gaming. Therefore, I am in general gaming. Ia m also good awith emulators. If you like, I can ask admin to be moderator of Emulator support too. When I said he si fulfilling his duties the most, I meant Kameo. Have you ever seen the threads he puts together for fullsets or anime shows? Anybody who need anything can get what they want. He does a very good job. That is what I meant. Now, enough of this. No more talking unless it is about the moderators of the general gaming forum, as per the topic title.

3.Kameo is a guy. Ask him. I am saying that Kameo has done a good job in whichever forum he goes in. In General Gaming, Kameo makes it more enjoyable for everyone by keeping you in line. Trying to block people and such.
