I just downloaded the PSXeven emulator and am having issues with the frame rate. The games run too fast to play the game like when you fast forward a rom. I tried to change the frames but it didnt do any good. Does anyone know any soloutions on how to help me with this

if you mean the psxe that you get from here (the one mentioned in the lovely little walkthrough listed above) then you have to make sure that not only you change your Frame rate, but you gotta click another box in the same area that tell's it to USE the adjusted framerate. I forget what it's called (not at MY computer right now) but if you read through them then you'll know what i mean.
