Although, a tip for you, remember to remove not only pornographic graphics, but violence ones involving shooting and blood as well. Replace that with your "Breaking the rules" image. You are doing fine. I see you are heeding ridley's suggestion.

You are the best moderator here in the sense that I have absolutely no issues with you.

You don't do obviously stupid things, you don't flame, you don't unessicarly remove/lock things, you speak in complete sentences, and you seem like a cool guy, so yeah, you're doing great.

@Iconoclast, I'll vote on your guy's polls too. Oh BTW, if you see a picture of violence, tell me in that thread. I may over look things sometimes, not often, but no one is perfect. It was a good thing that you became the mod of the other forum, as it suits you well, and this one suits me well.

I did it so that people would say what I was doing wrong. You should, I do not think you have done anything wrong at all, but what do others think? If you moderate a forum, you should find out. Just so you know on what to improve.

Yeah, Pizzaman is doing a good job, but you should move all of these threads to feedback. That is where they go. Anyhow, maybe you guys should make one big topic? With everything in it, as opposed to several for each forum. It seems sort of a waste....

You do get annoying when you give hollow explainations. That is one of the only things that annoy me, when someone tells you something that has no meaning just get out of something. Or to lie your way out of something, I don't like that either. You're still okay though, I don't hold anything against you.

For example, my English teacher last year. When I brought up the subject of trapper keepers to organize school supplies, (They work the best!) everyone's reasoning well until she says, "Ah. Trapper keepers. Advantages, disadvantages."

She always liked to act neutral, but she was very argumentative with students at the same time. If she's so neutral, she wouldn't argue with me about me having turned in my work on time when she really graded it too late.
That's the point of a social conversation: To talk about those advantages and disadvantages!
There is no such thing as entire neutrality in this social form. You can choose to be involved, and you can choose not to be involved. That's it.
