lol Actually CM, I did not draw that picture. It's actually drawn by a very well known korean artist in Korea and I just manipulated the image. I can draw some what like that, but coloring takes soo long to do on the computer.

And I am not trying to put up and pornographic images. Trust me I don't want to offend people or anything, I make sure to use art that has no nudity or anything vulgar in it. This artwork is very talented so I just wanted to use it with a bit of my creation.

You guys haven't seen or heard of Evangelion? It's like one of the most popular anime series ever..

One of the copyright laws is that you can't take someone else's work and imagery and put it on your website without specific citation of its author and the author's permission...probably needs to be written permission, but I'm not sure. Strict stuff. Same thing with those avatars of Dan-Dare.com you used to use. But if it is permitted and you don't put your name on the avatar, you should be fine. I worked my frickin' A off making the avatar I use now...took some framebuffer slowing, cropping, reoptimization, and heavy tolerance mining from surrounding black scratch to add background transparency support. I do not allow you to steal it! Copyright infringement! ...Actually, I think there's a way to watermark your images so the user can't download them without the copyright symbol appearing on it or something like that.

The name that is on the girl is her name silly :). That is why i was asking have any of you guys here watched that show? If you have, you would understand that the name belongs to that character. I did not put my name on that piece of artwork for that reason alone, because it is not mine.
