Download MAME32 0.106 from here and run it - http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/arcade/mame.html

then download the following file (5 X-Men ROMs) - http://www.filesend.net/download.php?f=3a3fa271c96ef8ac13284ace1ff1e86f

and unzip it into the ROMs folder of MAME
