Knights of Valor and Oriental Legends emulator?

Which Emulator can run Knights of valor and Oriental Legends?
I can find the ROMs on my own.
I just need to know what Emulator I need to play those two.:devil:

I checked Knights of valor and Oriental Legends and it said for the ARC:devil:

ARC? is that an arcade game?

Yeah it is an Arcade game, I have searched on the Web and I have found ROMs for both KoV and Oriental Legends.

I'm just not sure of the emulator though, All if figured out is that it said "ROM for the MAME" that's all I know so far.:devil:
