Problems with speed and game glitches

I'm running the saturn emulator Cassini with shining force 3, I have sound glitches, the games run in slow motion and beneath the words have really dodgy dots.

It's not just this rom that has problems like this, that's why I made the thread here. Does anyone have any ideas of tweaking to improve performance or if it's just my PC that is letting me down? :p

My PC is an AMD Athlon 1800+ with 256MB DDR ram, I think it could be my graphics card, it may only be a 4MB one or something rubbish like that.

P.S. anyone else think the vicars in SF3 are gay? :D

I'm not too experienced with Saturn emulators, but from the way it looks, and by the sound glitches and slow motion, I'd say it is probably a graphics problem. Configuration, plugins, or what have you. I'm not exactly sure.

My gfx card is a geforce 5200 32mb, I think that's the problem :/

The dots around the writing on shining force 3 make it so irritating to play, is it just the Cassini emulator that does that?
