Can anyone fix these pics

If anyone can take the dots out of the backgroun of these pics they can use them as their avatars or anything they like as long as they post the fixed files

I'm afraid I can't load either of them. One link works, but the image does not load properly. The other takes me to megaupload, but when the download link is ready, it fails.

If you mean dots as in what's in DukeNukem's avatar, they are inevitable. You can't remove such dots. They are there because GIF images and animations are limited to 256 colors. When an image or animation has over 256 colors, GIF format uses all methods it can to reduce down to 256 colors. If it uses the Ordered Dithering or Error Diffusion method, there will be unwanted-colored pixels, or 'dots', in the image. You'll just have to save the original image in a different format.
