PEC - ePSXe Emulator Cheating Tool

A great cheating tool with in-built cheats for many PSX games, and the ability to add new games and cheats.

Steps:
1).Put the plugin in the plugins folder
2).Use the PEC plugin as your video plugin
3).Open up the PEC Executable
4).Tick the cheats you want and hit send to plugin.

The pec.dll right?? thats the plug in you were talking about. But when i follow the instruction, the pec plug-in does not appear in the video plug in selection. I'm using the ePSXe 1.6 . there's something wrong??

Anyone know if this supports cheats for any of the Games from the Tomb Raider Saga? :)

I understand you can add your own cheats to existing games, but can you add games to the list that arent on there already? for ex: digimon world 1 is on the list of avaliable games you can choose from to execute cheats. but yu-gi-oh forbidden memories is not on there. can i add it on that list myself? if so, how?

Unfortunately PEC is incompatible to caetla codes and CodeQuest can't covert caetla codes which have prefixes of 9. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? such as these two :
