it is for Sega Genesis (it is an oldie) i thought it was called "7 up" in which the character you play is a red dot with shades. anyone know what i am talking about?

Coolspot. I love that game. I beat it and it said to enter the code at the end of the game and I would win prizes. I had to take the code and mail it to a place. See back of manual for details. So, I did, it said to mail by December 31, 1993. Alas, it was 1995. I was like 7, lol... Anyhoo...yeah, it's called CoolSpot....

oh yeah and this game i think it is for SEGA Genesis, it has ronald mcdonald in it and i think two little kids named mack and alex im not positive. anyone know?

You're the right guy for the position of moderator of General Gaming to know all those games. I don't know a single game outside of Nintendo 64, and I don't know many Nintendo 64 games even. Conker's Bad Fur Day, Resident Evil 2, Doom 64? All of those were famous Nintendo 64 games that I've never heard of until I joined this site. I mean, I know about Smash Meelee for Gamecube and remember the commercial on Luigi's Mansion, but I'm just not the kind of guy for this "can't remember which game" stuff. Wind Waker...blah. Don't know many games.
