FileSend hasn't been working for me. I thought the sever was down, but it hasn't been working for a week already. Now IDK if it's going under some kind of construction, but what's up with it Admin?

Are you not able to access the site, or upload any files? As for as I am concerned, everything seems to be up and running fine.

When I go there, I just get an empty page. The only thing that there is there is a line in the middle of the page. Above the line is very light blue and below the line is white. The page won't load after that. IE is saying that it's already all done loading.

Hmm.. weird. Try deleting your Temporary Internet Files. If that doesn't work, I don't know what else could be the problem. Try opening the site with Firefox if you have that installed.

Still nothing. It might be my internet security, but IDK.

Have you ever tried :
www.yousendit.com
www.senditanywhere.com
They both let you send up to a one gigabyte file, and hold it on ther servers for download for seven days.
I think senitanywhere is a little faster, but yousendit shows you a progress bar, whichh I like having a lot more. But it peobably wont matter now, bucause the internet guy doubled by bandwidth yesterday, yeah!!

I actaully like FileSend for anything that can fit in it. Plus, it is nice to support the maker of CoolROM!

Same here, for the most part, FD. It's a simple website, and let's keep it simple with uploading.
Really? So if you go to http://www.filesend.net (click on this link), all you get is some blue bar, and it won't finish loading after that? You deleted your Temporary Internet Files in C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files? Be sure not to delete the cookies, and try using Disk Cleanup as well. You tried using FireFox, the latest version, and you altered your security settings even? You haven't been using FileSend.COM? Well, I don't know then. Sometimes, things happen in computers that just don't make sense. I don't see how you physically can't get in, so the most likely reason why FileSend doesn't work for you to me is that your computer has some Palestinian magical curse on it or something. Aside from the minor possibility that you're lying and trying to stump us. Some guy started a thread on why he couldn't play N64 games when he had Alienware. Like he could afford that; I think he was just trying to make us all sad we couldn't help him. Some people out there....

Yeah I know about them, but I don't like getting the file deleted so soon. Sendspace is also a good one. I wanted to use FileSend, though, because it has everything megaupload has, and it's faster too. For some reason though, it won't work.

I did delete the internet files. I did type the url right. I didn't use firefox though. I think it's IE though, that is blocking the adress. I went on filesend before. I messed around with the internet settings a little, this might be why it happened. :o

My dad was...angry, to say the least. I learned my lesson! There are other things that I did to my PC that I'm not getting into. So you're not the only one who's screwed up.

Try changing all your IE settings back to default, and see if that helps.

That's what I did to mess it up, or at least I think. I reseted the IE settings. Since then it's been acting different with some things.

I tried your file send site, but got the same problem. I just cleared my cache out and it fixed it. go to the Win XP command prompt and type in these 3 commands to do so, just type the first one, hit enter, type the next, enter, then the last, enter.
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /restore
hope this works for you. I aslo aoften have trouble with these sites on firefox, and only those file uploading sites. So I still use IE for www.filesend.com. www.yousendit.com, ect.

I still got the same thing. Does it have to do with my IP adress? I changed it with some program, and now it's different then my gateway defauly( Which is my original IP, I think at least. ).

hmm..
no, I wouldnt think its your IP causing it, unless they banned it for findng something illegal, but I doubt that seriously.
Whats wrong with it exactly? are you getting error 404 or somethig else?
what browser -IE/Firefox/ect.?
what type of connection? behind a router?

Well when I start the main page, all that I see is, what I'm guessing, is the background. I cannot click on anything, nor see them. However, Iconoclast uploaded something for me to download just a few days ago and it was on filesend. I clicked on the link and the page appeared. It's like everything works except for the main page. Maybe I need some sort of java software, because I always delay computer updates.

Aha! I just tried it, and it worked! I guess it works with FireFox and not with IE. Oh well, I'm gonna be using this site more now for all my uploading needs. :D
