:mad2: Hey guys, I have tried to play Aliens vs Predator on nebula, mame32plus, and kawak. I cant get it to work, it says files not found. I downloaded the game from here soI expect it to work. Where do I put these files?:mad2:

Which version of Alien vs. Predator are you trying to run - the one for CPS2, or the one for MAME?

The game is named: ALIEN V.S PREDATOR of capcom?....
Well if this is the name of the game here is a tip:
I have the game with: MAME32v82b
I had to download 4 roms for to play the game
EURO (940520)
ASIA (940520)
JAPAN (940520)
U.S (940520)

You could download from here: http://www.rumhustler.net or ask to the administrator for these rom files.
The problem it is not the MAME VERTION. the problem are the rom files.
So put the rom files ( the 4 rom files ) in your mame rom files.
Refresh M.A.M.E and try to play the games.
My pc it´s. WINDOWS 98 pentium 3.
So my pc is a simple pc. I mean not so advanced. And I couldplay the game so well. It is fantastic.
I couldn´t play in this mame ALTERED BEAST, so I need to download another vertion of mame ( the newest) just for to play this game.
In some cases M.A.M.E couldn´t play ALL the games.
Why you don´t try with this mame vertion that I´m talking about?

I just checked the file and it was what I suspected it to be, there's only a clone available, U need the parent file to make it work.

Here's the name of the file U need, it is the parent for this Game:

The file U have is avspu, that's a clone for the US region, it will never work with out the parent files ;)....

You need to set the directory to a folder containing them, not sure how though i tend to use project 64k and gens mostly.

ok i need help i downloaded all the stuff the mame and all 4 of the avsp files i am a total noob can someone tell me how to install the games?
