Mark as read button

I dunno how the new posts and threads etc work, but sometimes when you click on a board and there's nothing that you want to read I sometimes click all the threads so that they go as I've read them so there is nothing new, is there a button we can click like a tickbox next to a thread that marks all posts as read in that thread? For example, if there's a particular thread that holds no interest whatsoever to me I can use this option on it.
