IDK why, but whenever I get mad or start arguing with someone, insults just rush into my head. It's actually a pretty nice sixth sense.

I try to be nice as much as possible.

its just that often what I say on here is taken out of context, because it sounds, like I am being mean. But its not always so.

I admit I can be a little Stern sometimes, but usually when I see some half-a** thread started by someone who cant take the time to put any effort into it, and then expect someone to put effort into helping them.

See? that sounds mean, but its not intended that way. Its just being straight-up. I cant help it, I was a supervisor for 5 years and had up to 100+ people under me, I am trained to be straight-forward and stern. I dont cut slack often, and dont like it when someone wastes my time.

I am actually very patient. At least compared to everyone else I know around me.:)

Oh yeah... Thanx for stickin' up for me Bro' ! :D

By the way, I quit the supervisor job. I hated it. Being an A**hole for money isnt that fun.

Even if you are nice as can be, nobody thinks the boss is cool.

and being nice gets you little respect, but being an a**hole doesnt work either, but it does get better results.

Mostly I was just kinda like "do your job, and I dont give a fu*k what you do. as long as you can act right(everybody liked this one :) ). You would not belive some of the insane stupid crazy stuff people will try on you(the boss) sometimes to get their way.

No, thats not my computer job. that was in the automotive industry. I wa a quality control inspection team supervisor, contacted for toyota and a few other automotive companies. There are a lot of car part factories around me, I worked as a 3rd party contracted employee for most of them.

My computer jobs, are self-employed. I get them as they come to me. Until I get A++ cartified in a few years, then it's ON!!! Right now I usually charge between 15 and 40 dollars and hour(depending on the time, difficulty, and demandof the jobs), after I get certified it will be about 60.

I don't think any of us really try to be stern, but it's hard for people to really understand the type of tone you're trying to put through because they can't hear or see you. I'm usually really laid-back, unless someone starts being an idiot or something, in which I politely tell them to go **** themselves. I try not to be a cockhead prickmuffin to people, but sometimes I am. I guess it's just unavoidable.;)
