I've been working on a nice little page that links to decent ROM sites like this one and to the home sites of all the good emulators. I'm not done yet, this is just a start, I'll be adding new "sections" later like Anime and Torrent sites, things like that.

Anyway, just tell me what U think of it :p.

It's great, but maybe you could decorate it with pictures or something and make it more appealing. The filesend ad was a bit squished, but I don't know if that is fixable. Did admin ask you to put that up? I enjoyed that woman typing some language I don't understand.

Only two things. Just N64 emulators to add. That's right; Project64 isn't the UNIVERSALLY best N64 emulator. It was understanding of you to add 1964. There are just two emulators that sometimes are necessary to have.

I have tested all 12 N64 emulators. Nemu64 is a very abnormal emulator. Everything about it is strange and unusual compared to the other eleven, mostly its plugins. What sucks about it is that you can't change your audio and input plugin. What's good about it is that it's the only emulator that I've tested that supports the game Star Wars: Rogue Squadron. I'm sure there are other ROMs that this emulator supports that no other does as well. It has NetPlay support and GameShark cheats, and I remember one person preferring it over PJ64. You might add this emulator.

An emulator that you may or may not want to add is Corn. What a name, but I liked testing it, and I wasn't a chicken. It's not very good...unchangeable internal plugins. But they suffice and can be configured. Main point being; Corn is the fastest Nintendo 64 emulator. The only reason it's so fast is because it only supports like 10 or 15 ROMs out there. Jesus Christ. Anyway, it's five times as fast as PJ64, and if I were you, I wouldn't add it to your list unless you know a lot of people with slow PCs. Even an old Win32 PC with a barely functioning GFX card for emulation should be able to emulate using Corn at 60 FPS. But as PCs are becoming better, it may not be a good idea to add this to your list. You might want to under certain considerations, though.[/OVERCOMPLICATION]

I will add Arcade emulators later, same goes for PSX and a couple of other systems ;).

I will decorate it some later but it doesn't have priority now, I want to create the page itself first.

Admin. did not ask me to put up the filesend link, I needed an ad so I figured I should add his :p.

I'm only adding emulators that work decent, there's a couple of DC emulators around, I could add them all to the list but since there's only one actually running games, I don't think I should add the others. Just what works, this is to keep it easy for people who R not so familiar with them.


Thanx for the replies, it seems I'm doing a good thing with it, I'll keep working on it some more today, not sure what I'm going to add. Arcade emulators R one, that's for sure, maybe PSX too :)....

Hmm, yeah. I think I was complicating things too much. Just Project64 and 1964, then. It's too rare somebody needs to use Nemu64.

good point, I must agree. I never really trusted Angel Roms anyway, everytime I go to it its add the "180solutions" spyware. those butt-holes
