I'm having trouble getting Soul Star to work in Gens...

I've downloaded and set all of the right bios files for 32x and Sega Cd... but when Soulstar first loads up all i get is a screen of stars and a few seconds of music. The music squelches and everything freezes up... odd. I've downloaded and extracted this game twice and i have no problems with any other Sega CD or 32x games playing (except for Sol-Feace, which doesn't even load and i think i just need to download from a different source.). What am i overlooking here?

it sounds like your computers problem not the program. Try runing at a reduced display setting, if that works great. Im runing gen (sega master system emulator CD + 32x) and my P3 750 runs super chopy so much so i cannot stand to play it unless the frame rate ios set to auto and the whole thing it left at 16bit, so its like playing an awsome game in windows 95 or 98. your computers display drivers have a huge impact on the games working or not.

Also did ou try enabling perfect synchro slow?
