I don't quite understand what you're asking here. Are you asking why they're not working or requesting another emulator to use?

If your question is to be taken literally, I guess, use MAME. Be sure you have the parent ROMS and not clones, and be sure not to extract the ROMS.

Here's NeoRage 4.3, which is the latest English version I could find. It requires a user name and password the first time you start it up (never again, though) which included in a Notepad file with the download.

^ That's NeoRage 5.3 (What I use). Unfortunately, it's in Spanish. I recommend taking a look at an English version to see where all the buttons are before using this.

I have the latest version of mame and have the original roms of this games but their name are marked with a cross(in mame)and i can'y play them.
I need help to fix this or to get another emu that open this games

Well, try some in NeoRageX. I posted the link above. Also, along with the parent ROMS, download some clones. Some clones work even when the originals dont (you have to have the originals no matter what, though). I have no idea why this is.

Anyway, try that in both NeoRageX and the latest MAME, MAME .106. Make sure you have the latest MAME, because it supports games that the previous versions don't.

The games are 3d and they say something like ultra neo geo 64(maybe im wrong)

U can't play the Arcade versions on any Arcade emulator, the NeoGeo64 system hasn't been emulated yet. DL the Sega CD version of Final Fight Revenge, it'll play :)....
