kof 2003 bad grafix how do i fix them

i have recently downloaded the (snk vs capcom) caos & kof2003 rom from the site www.romhustler.net for neogeo (pc)

1. in (snk vs capcom) after choosing the players in the arcade and verses mode the fight screen starts and halts at time the players are taking action ,the background keeps on moving , i pushed the start button and nothing happened.tried other things .

2.the grafix are scatered all over the screen (kof2003). how to acsess the option menu in the practice mode ,i have tried the credit keys.

Make sure you're using the latest version of NeoRageX. I can't remember how many times I've answered this question in the past three days.

Here's NeoRage 4.3, which is the latest English version I could find. It requires a user name and password the first time you start it up (never again, though) which included in a Notepad file with the download.

^ That's NeoRage 5.3 (What I use). Unfortunately, it's in Spanish. I recommend taking a look at an English version to see where all the buttons are before using this.

hey kurk i didnt want u to goo mad i have posted in this section so that some one tell me about the practice modes in kof2003.how do i access the option menu eg

Try the MAME version instead, runs flawlessly ;).

NeoRage is old and outdated, it runs like **** and the graphics R garbage compared to the MAME versions. Can't beat 2xsai Kreed blitters ;)...
