Who invented more things, would you guys say? Leonardo di Vinci, or Thomas Edison?

This is an odd poll. It is out of the ordinary, because chat is usually less formal. It's Leonardo Da Vinci, not Di Vinci. I picked him because he thought of lots of stuffs before anyone else did.

That's not entirely correct. In Da Vinci's time, there were a lot of people thinking about these things, it's even proven that he actually " stole" a lot of ideas, many of them were there before he wrote them down. He was just a better engineer and a better drawer for the designs, that's why his were better known.
But as far is I know, Edison only invented the grammaphone, that's pretty much all, isn't it??

Yeah, I think that was him. He invented the incandescent bulb, right? It replaced the gas lamp (which were literally stinky). When he died, everybody turned off their light bulbs for one hour as a tribute to him.
Didn't he also invent the movie projector thingie? He invented a buttload of stuff, actually. He was on The Simpsons one time, and he has a museum dedicated to him.

I despise Harry Potter, and people say that I look like him.
Well, that poll would be retarded, I think.
I hate reading books that don't have pictures and stuff most of the time.
I usually prefer learning books to story books, as long as I want to learn what the book is about.

People say I look like Harry Potter too...well, they don't say it, anymore. Several people said it when I was in Sixth Grade. I never wore glasses in my life, though, with a couple of playful exceptions.

Yeah, they don't really say it anymore since I think Harry Potter is less popular now (maybe). I do wear glasses. But when I have a beard, I don't think I look much like him at all. But I digress.
Anyhoo, Mr. Da Vinci was a guy who thought much thoughts and maybe stole many ideas. Mr. Edison thought some other thoughts and invented some stuff and now they are all famous. Game over.

That's funny, I always figured you for a bit of a bookworm. I used to read tons and tons and tons of novels because I read really fast at an early age, then I turned to history and ship books like most of Patrick O'Brien's for some reason, possibly because they are much harder to read and more interesting.
Anyway, Edison's inventions were probably far more important because before he invented the light bulb, people thought it was literally impossible. He invented more stuff, but for some reason my computer won't connect to Wikipedia.

Of course he did! I can't believe you guys didn't know that. Well lol, I guess no one's perfect. He did invent the lightbulb, and I think he also invented the camera. Leonardo had, acording to some poeple, ADD. So he almost never finished his ideas, but he found out some great things. He even designed a flying machine, parachutes, some sort of special gun, and so forth, but he didn't get to actually making many or them.

1. Stop talking about beards, it's making me jealous.
2. Edison invented some cool things, but Leonardo da Vinci came up with so many ideas that it's uncanny. He was centuries before his time.

I hate Harry Potter not because of the actual story (which I moderately like), but because it is too dang popular for its own good. Everybody likes it, hence I hate it. I love hating popular things for one reason or another.

Lol, well IDK what that has to do about the topic, but I love to cook too! Seriously, it's fun. My parents own an Italian restaurant for 7 years. We might even franchise soon.
