I have the latest version of mame, but I cannot get D&D games (tower of doom, shadows of Mystara) to load. It says I am missing files. Do I need more Bios files (if so, were do I get them?)?
Also, I am getting the same errors with Raiden Fighters 2. Can anyone help me out with this? You can either post here or email me at mac82@aol.com

/bump
Anyone got any ideas on this?
EDIT: Ploxors don't bumpzorz.
Please don't bump :)
You are most likely missing the parent files.. get them from Romhustler.com. I believe they are the European versions. The parent files might not work on their own, so you might have to get a few clones, too.

ha y r u so offened by the old bump?
Because you don't need to bump here. Why would you? Bumping is for gaming forums with tens of thousands of people, not emulation sites with a max of 55 people logged on at a time.

kurt u no and i no that ur a *** hu cant hack actualy thinking of cum backs to me so u just "edit" my post with ur modin powers
EDIT BY "*** MOD": That is insanely idiotic. I've done nothing wrong besides delete a couple of your badly-worded flaming pieces of garbage. Stop spamming.
Please, can we stop? Flaming and spam aren't allowed, alright? We should leave this thread absolutely alone until it's creator comes back.

ok sory i gt carried away
*awaits apoligey (spelt wrong i no)*
how long u bin a member of this site? its about time the admin got some more mature MODs who dont abouse their powers There's no need for that. Bumps, in smaller forums, qualify as spam. admin knows this.
We should just wait for the owner to come back and post if his problem is solved or not. Agreed? ;)

ok lol what was his post again?
ok lol what was his post again? He wanted to know why D&D wasn't working for him, so I suggested he get the parent files (Euro) and some clones (USA), because for some reason the parents won't work on their own.

what the guy needs to do to find his missing files, is get the EMU LOADER frontend installed over mame, and set it up. after that, you just have to scroll down until you find the problem game, and right click it and run a game file audit. it will tell you exactly which files the mame version requires to play it, and you can use the frontend's intgrated M.A.W.S. directory, to tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the game and all of its roms.
Maybe I should start one of those "How-to" threads on this with some nice screenshots? yep, I found my next lesson project i think. Guys?

They need the parent roms, the us versions of those games are clones of the euro version, so they just need the parent euro versions of it and the us ones will run.
