View Full Version : How to get MAME PLUS to play online?

i need to kno how to get the latest mame plus to play online with kailerra, this is mostly so i can play SvC and King of Fighters 2003 online with other people? Thanks in advance for helping.(also if u dont how to get king of fighters 2003 or SNK vs Capcom to work on your MAME, pm me, ill teach ya how)

Just put the NeoGeo BIOS in Ur NeoGeo ROMz folder, that's all it takes to run NeoGeo Games ;).

As for the emulator itself, MAME+ doesn't have a netplay option, atleast not that I know of, U will need MAME++.

Why would U use a version that runs like half of what it can support today??

But yea, the community doesn't want to update, they don't really need to, if they only play fighting Games. I'm not a fan of those, I prefer a Beat em Up anytime over some fighting Game. I really don't see the fun in that :)....

I really don't see the fun in that :)....What really bugs me is that people absolutely refuse to use the new Kaillera client, which is far superior in every respect.

Sorry for the bump, but I got MAME32k http://www.kaillera.com/download.php

But I can't seem to get KoF 2001, 02 or 03 to work, Neither can I get SvC to work.

I really want to play these games, so if anyone could help me I'd be really grateful.

Also, I'm at a loss as to what "set 1/2/3/etc" means, I'm assuming it just means "part 1/2/3/etc" but I'm not sure, do I need to unzip it all and then zip them all up into one archive?

Just download the official MAME32, or download Kawaks 1.56 :). Both of them will support those Games U want to play ;).

As for the latest Kaillera client, it's still at 0.9, has been that for quite some time now. Unless they released a new one recently :) .....
