this is running WAY too fast, its going at 400% anyone know how to make it slow down????

1.please dont multi post or youll have kameo whining like a lil'***** lol
2.now go on options and go on frame speed then choose a number [ mine is always 2] then go on throttle and choose a throttle [mine is always no throttle] different games work at different settings so experiment :)
btw is your tales of phantasia in english?

yes tales of phantasia is in english and i tried that whole thing and its still at 300% no throttle and frame skip is at 0

yo you have no clue what your talking about... in frame skip 0 it was at 1200 and at frame skip 2 its at 3200 is there any way to get it to go frricken down?

1)Turn off auto-frameskip
2)Change frameskip to 0
3)Select no throttle:works fine for me

i did that, and im at 1200%
