Shouldnt yoshi's island be ESA protected because it's Super Mario World 2?

Technically speaking, yes, but we respond to all (and only) ESA requests, and will remove any protected titles immediately.

So ESA actually PMs you and tells you want to take off? Or do you look at a list they have or something like that?

They sent me a few emails telling me take off certain titles.

Oh, so that's why all those protected titles listed in Kameo's ROM Request forum rules thread include ROMs that are available for download on CoolROM.com. So not ALL of the ESA ROMs are unavailable on this site. I get it now.

Like chessmaster. If that hadn't shown up on CoolROM, I wouldn't have known about them and had this collection of chess ROMs, even for other consoles. Not like this is the random info thread or anything, but I beat all of the chess ROMs I've downloaded so far.
