Running GBA ROMs on the DS

I was wondering if anybody around here has had any experience running DS or GBA ROMs on the DS? I'm wondering wich GBA adaptor cart I should be looking into.

hmm i played gba with a ds once with my friends ds and seems like it works fine with its own gba extenson

Yea standard GBA carts work just fine - I'm concerned about running backups. Wondering what flash cart I should pick up.
