Newbie question

Ok, last night I downloaded the nes emulator fceu-0.98.12.win, installation went ok, got a game. Screen will come up, game will load, but then nothing will happen. I have snes already with no problems.
By the way I am running 98se, on a old pc.

Try a different emu. Some games won't work on some emus. I suggest getting one from here (http://www.emulator-zone.com/).

Okay, Jnes is a good one too if that one doesn't work. ;)

Still no luck, could it be the game(Silent Service), screen will load and such. Will try Jnes!

Yes it could be the game. Try downloading it again if the Jnes doesn't work.

you should try nesticle in dos, not windows.
