Circled in red, where it says "Unknown Location". I keep trying to figure how to do that.... Even this link (http://www.coolrom.com/forums/clientscript/index.html) didn't work for me, so I don't know how he did it. That Guest user...he must be some kind of hacker or something. I've seen the Guest user with that exact IP Address, or at least the '80' part was familiar, do that twice so far.

Anyone have any ideas?

I did click it. It takes you to Mjshl2's guide on some kind of emulator that I don't work with. Just type http://www.coolrom.com/ in your address bar, followed by the extension URL shown below where it says Unknown Location.

No, I meant that that's the real/first definition of hacker, but then more and more people used it, so the meaning changed later on. But I don't really think that anybody is going to hack anything... BUT I do know a funny story.

Snesorama( The biggest PS1 site ever ) had three( Or more ) admins. One of the admins got mad, and banned everybody! LMAO! They had to make a whole new site for it. I laughed quite a bit.

Oh, and I have another. This guy made a forum, and it was going good, until he banned himself. I was totally shocked! How can you ban yourself? You much be insane or something, because I think it's pretty damn hard.

He must be using some sort of Internet software...some glitch in failing to hide his IP address or something like that. Plus, I caught him/her looking at that exact thread before.

Oh, that might be it. I once used an IP changing thing, and now I can't change it back! IT SUCKS! But yes, that could be something. Like a shield-type thing.

It could be some one using a ghost hack.
(using a program or router hack to use a hidden Proxy to block or scramble any trace of where they are or what they are doing online.) and sometimes these people must be looged in using two Browers, one going to the site they want to use, and one going to the same site using the proxy hack. if so, they probably arent trying to do any damage, they just want to remain anonomous. Hell i use to use it. I like the hidden proxies from china they work well. the reason you have to be loffed in on boht browsers, is your browser using a hidden chinese proxy displys everything in chinese. so you need another window open to show you what is says in english. but i'm probably wrong...
