help converting ogg ttracks

hi.
I don't understand why inthe internet some iso files comes with ogg tracks!
I have some roms with those f#^^^%$ng track and nothing converts them . not even nero, that is the program am using.
is there a way to get rid of those useless file or to convert them to mp3?
