I haven't played it, but "Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing" for the pc is widely thought to be the worst game sold for money.

All objects in the game are not solid, and the physics are pretty messed up. There is terrible sound, and it is impossible to lose because the programmers actually failed to program the opponent's AI.

Google it and see how bad people think it is.

The worst game I have ever played has got to be wacky worlds for genesis. Does anybody remeber that game? LOL. Sega's attempt to compete with Mario Paint...It was cool at first..then you relized after awhile you could only do the same things diffrently. Mario paint had everything wacky worlds should have had..drawing, coloring book, kick butt cool music maker, and a mini game..I never could beat that lolz...:)

Farenheight for the x-box,
the worst game made. It starts off like "wow i get to solve all thesse cool and deranged murders" then u realise u dont actualy get to do any thing its like one big movie, the worst movie ive ever seen. The best part is where you unlock a video reveling the woman in the game striping for someone.
George Formans KO boxing for gameboy,
this was like the first game i got for my gameboy (alongside tetris) and its impossible!! I still to this day canot get past the first level.

Megaman Zero 1....that game "MAYBE" it's funny but the history is just trash! it is like an insult to megaman series! the other megaman zero games really smashes this game!

Star Trek Generations - Beyond the Nexus

I'm not a Star Trek fan - i HATE Star Trek, and I got this for my GB. It Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccccccccccc cckkkkkkked!!! The first level, fly around shoot little dots supposed to be spaceships, no challenge whatsoever, second level, type a stupid code, third level, after three or 4 years never understood what to do in this one. And the graphics sucked even for GB.

I have never played a good Star Trek game. I think they all suck for some reason or other. Its a shame really. Great back story and a whole range of directions developers could go in to turn out at least an OK ST game.
Meh. Give the licence to Nintendo already. They can make anything at least fun.

I think your giving nintendo to much credit there, To make star trek fun i would have to be on some heavy hallucinagens. Lol, but ive been told the 2 elite forces games are great even if you dont like star trek. Klingon honor gurad wass good back in the day to. As for the worst game ever Driver3 is the first game that comes to mind for me although i know theres man way worse.

There are so many stories and scenarios in the Star Trek universe-T.V, Film and most importantly the books on the original series theme that any decent developer that actually tried could make a bad ass Action/RPG/FPS hybrid.
The people who own the licence just haven't hooked up with a good video game developer yet, or at least one that tried to do it any justice. And that's surprising because the fan base is so vast that good product is guarantied a high profit. And then again, maybe that's the problem in and of itself. There are so many ST fans that will buy anything with the ST logo on it, good, bad or ugly that the desire to put out a GOOD product is moot. If it sells without the effort why bother?
The reason I mentioned Nintendo is because it seems to me that they care about each and every game that they produce-And I'm talking the big N in house developers-and take pride in their portfolio of games. They deserve all of the credit in the world for that. I don't like every game they've done by a long shot but at least you know they did their damnedest to make sure it would be a fun and enjoyable experience.

Snowboard Kids for Nintendo 64. Big, bandaged noses, spelling and grammar errors, probably made to intentionally **** people off by losing over and over again. The way that ***** says "GOOD" when you land a trick. Idiots.

theres a few very horrible games I have played:

1. criticom for sega saturn (the worst 3d fighting game period)
2. rise of the robots (uh.. worst 2d fighting game)
3. oni for ps2 (freakin controls..)
4. star wars fighting game on ps1 (forget the whole title but it sucked..)

I know theres more but I don't feel like remembering them right now..

I've heard super man 64 is the worst game in history, but I've never played it. Personally, I rented Aquaman for Gamecube by mistake (it was in the prince of persia case, what a letdown!:mad2: ) And it was absolutely pathetic... but my all time vote for worst game ever would have to be E.T. for Atari 2600. That was the game that killed the Atari and every other console for years to come. It was why Nintendo, when they released the NES, never made any mention of the words "video game, console, cartridge, etc." check this link out, you guys may find some of this humourous...:D

The only thing I disagree with is Night Trap. I played the 32X version for it when the system came out, and I liked it... but then again I also loved Sewer Shark for SegaCD (I hear that game gets a bad rap alot.)

I dont know anyone, gamer or not, who has NOT spent endless hours in front of the TV tryign to line up those damn blocks... granted the sequels were not all that great, but the original tetris was awesome, has the best replay value of any game period.

That was my first Game Boy game (it came in the GB box.) I thought the objective was to build a house and I always got a game over in 3 seconds... I was more into actiony games then like Mario so I never played it much, but strangely, the rest of my family loves it. Go figure. Maybe I'm the only one immune to Russian mind control...

Tetris is an amazing game that challenges your mind. It may not look interesting at first, but it gets addicting once you get into it. I'm not saying that it's my favorite game, but i still enjoy it as much as playing an action game because they both have a certain level of difficulty throughout the game.

Once i start playing tetris I do like it, until I get to those harder levels. Then they have lik 8 different colors for the blocks! I dont understand how people can find that amussing.

Really odd story about that. Some Russians programmed it and then Nintendo made the same game with the same title. To prevent a lawsuit, Nintendo just bought it off the Russians. I have no idea if that is right......

Actually not the russian programmers sold it. The russian government marketed the rights for tetris. The authors made very little money with the game...

I have this really bogus handheld thingie that plays only tetris on a small LCD screen and tinny audio. I don't think it was made by the original guys because it is too easy.

after reading about big rigs: over the road racing, i heartily recommend that as the worst game ever. seriously, if you want some laughs, read its reviews and watch the gameplay video on gamespot. it is so f'ing hilarious. theres no way a game should ever be that bad, if it can even be called a game. how do you not program the AI?

Man, I rented a Sims game on PS2, something called "Bust a grove".
Just awful, it has terrible graphics and it was very simple, you just do the same thing every single day, over and over and over...:sleep:
Well, I don't think Sims should be on a console.

LCD is for combining fractional expressions. Video game programming is almost entirely geometry, as in nothing or little to do with fractions.

The worst game I have ever played was probably Jeopardy for the nes. After you played it a couple times the the same questions came up, and if you spelled the word wrong you got the anwser wrong, and there were some big words to spell.

I love this. There is a perfectly viable topic. Then, you veer a bit off into an I like tetris-I don't like tetris war. Personally, I like some tetris games but not all. Tetrisphere sucks. Anyhow, you guys veer a little more. The topic is dying. Iconoclast and CM swoop in like vultures and try to finish it off. With their LCDs and such. You topic muderers. You see the topics there. So you kill them. It is all CM's grand master plan to make all the threads about Supa Nonsense Randomosity. Soon, every forum will have one.

On another note, CM was right. Liquid Crystal Display, not common denominator. Not everything is math.

no way! I am not Bill Gates! No SNR here! It's just that I say something and Iconoclast needlessly contradicts me and so this stuff happens.

I didn't think Superman 64 was that bad, probably because I played it when I was younger. It was a BIG city, man! It was cool. However, I found myself having either a lack of enemies to torture or stuck on a stupid puzzle. Also, the whooshing from turning around during flight got annoying and Superman's feets looked fat. Also, it was kinda unbelieveable that every punk in town had access to kryptonite. I didn't understand the whole "talk to anybody and everyone dies" jazz, though.

As for multiplayer, I didn't understand why they were in giant floating recliners with machine guns. It kinda didn't fit with the rest of the game.

as for the spades u can find them in ur charactor map by going to (if u have windows) START, ALL PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, SYSTEM TOOLS CHARACTOR MAP. then just select, copy and paste.

I agree. E.T. was the worst game ever. All future crappy video games that followed were unable to top the total craptasticness (real word?) of E.T. Thank God for Nintendo and Mario for saving the game industry from total destruction thanks to that pathetic excuse for a game.

Some of the worst games ever:
The Davinci Code game(and all other movie games aside from King Kong)

I agree the Da Vinci Code game sucks, but there are other good movie based games besides King Kong. Most of the ones made by EA were good, like James Bond, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter, but then again I don't think EA has ever truly produced any horrible games at all that I can think of. Also, the Chronicles of Riddick for the Xbox ruled in my opinion.
