Will any arcade game/rom work with CPS1 and CPS2 or any other Emulators on this site? I would like to know so I can Request some roms.

WinKawaks should be able to run CPS1, CPS2, and Neo Geo. I personally like that emulator myself. Most people use MAME nowadays.
