well just like the title says, tell us what your fav movie(s) are and maybe some reasons on why.

I'll post my favs soon, I just got a think about it. I haven't watch a movie in a while...

Titanic was an amazingly good movie. A bit long, though.

indeed,there is no movie would compete it...the factor that made it special I think is its being classic type with very sophisticated vision for contemporary circumstances...i mean like the vision of speeding up velocity of the ship and bringing the scene of engine with its fans...I cant minsion all things I saw..

yeh that was a class film i watched it for the first time lastnight on Film4 :)

They filmed that in a prison in Ohio. It's rumored to be haunted, and is also a (mediocre) tourist attraction.

Yep, it's the Shawshank Redemption. Morgan Freeman is such an awesome actor.

I forgot all about Top Secret! It's so insanely funny! They don't make movies that funny anymore...

I'm noticing a lot of Stephen King based movies here, excellent! The guy is an incredible writer, and I implore everyone to read at least one of his books (try IT, a great book, or the Green Mile).

...except my fave movie isn't a Stephen King one, it's "This Is Spinal Tap" - hilarious, so many great lines in there and still a great film
