CoolROM.com Has A New Layout!

We are proud to present you guys with a new layout. Hope you all like it :). Anyways, I am still currently fixing up some issues with the layout, and one thing I am having trouble with is the blue strip on the right side of the main page. I noticed if the page was taller, the blue strip would get taller. Are there any HTML pros here? If so, can you please check out the coding on the site, and tell me a way to fix it? I am still a newbie when it comes to coding ;). Thank you.

I think the forums could use a link to the coolrom.com mainpage. Don't bother me much but one click instead of having to open my bookmarks.
