Need help getting a game to work on MAME!

I need help from an expert on using MAME. I am new to using this. I am trying to play this MAME arcade game called "Art of Fighting 3." I downloaded the MAME emulator and I downloaded the game. However it says that the required files are missing and the game will not run. How do I get this game to work? I appreciate the help!
