Multi Game Choice Menu fpr NeoGeo

Hi there,
is there any multi choice menu for any neogeo emulator? (if it is possible neoragex). because i want my neogeo emulator run like an original neogeo in a game hall. is there any emulator or plugin or something that got this feature?
