Dude to get mame working, you need to know a few things. First and most important, never unzip roms or Bios files. What you need is the proper Bios files. I am not allowed to give them to you or tell you where they are. But you can look at a list of the ones you need here:http://www.coolrom.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88
Paste them zipped under roms folder in Mame Directory.
If one of these roms still says missing file and you have all the Bios files, you need the parent rom and you most likely have a clone of the
original. Hope that helps.

yea i managed to run xmen vs streetfighter..i got the neogeo bios n some other weird bios' ... thing is i had to rename the contents of the xmen v streetfighter game..coz it said it cudnt find those files..the files in the zipped format were similar so i just extracted the file...renamed them to wat mame32 wanted..then started mame32...it said it had 'wrong CRC'...i cliked on ok...n wow...game started perfectly...jst hd to chg the controls tho..
