Any controller that you can hook up to the computer is compatible with emulators and ROMs. I use a PC controller that looks sort of like this, and it works fine:

Lol, yes pretty much is, but like DarthBrady said, it's for the computer. They just copied the PS2.

Mine doesn't look exactally like that, but something close. Mine's a little fatter.

I didn't have any use for ny XBox 360 controller, mainly because I haven't bothered to play on it yet. But I've learned that the XBox 360 controller is about the most comfortable joystick U can find for emulation :) ....

My guess is it's some sort of adapter that lets you use it. I know they have adapters for other controllers like that.
