I made it in ms paint then I animated it, put in transparencey just barely started imageshack today, and then posted it.
I even have the steps I went through on a sheet.

I know a quicker way.
You'll need 2 windows for this...

1-Take the image you want to cut out, and paste it on a the 2nd window.
2-Outline the object(s) you want cut out w/ white (Note: Only white will work. And make sure that you have black as your secondary color.)
3- Go to image, attributes, then select black and white.
4- Color in the space where the object goes w/ a color of your choice(Other than black) Then paste the outline over the object.(Make sure that when you paste the outline that you have the outline's inside as your transparent color)

Trust me, it's quicker...

I have no MS Paint Originals, BTW, except for a few coordinate planes/graphics I drew for mathematical purposes and a few other creations that are so old I don't have anymore.

If there isn't, then that's unusual, and the format would be OK especially as an alternative from PNG format, should it be lower in file size. Depends on the image.

Look at the date !!! It's 2004, now it is 2006 and I STILL haven't finished that !!! I can do wonders in paint, it is just in the colors and tools. If you have XP then I understand why you think it is impossible, XP paint has some features removed.

You can't use +/- to enlarge tool's size (cant make perfect rings with brush)This I used to make that planet like thing and all roundy objects. Colors in these objects are gotten from this "make custom colors window", there is gradient palette in right, take a screenshot and use color getter to get colors. Line is the best tool of 'em all.
