For the past several hours, I've been trying to access a particular website, and my browser will not even attempt to load it. The status remains "Done" and it will not even try to open it. It's only happening with one particular website. One that I'd accessed earlier today without issue. Could anybody let me know why IE may be doing this?

Ahhh.... the most common of problems.
-usually, its a 99% chance its the Website, or their Host that is at fault.
-the site may be down temporarily, or could be getting updated.
-try to load it in firefox, or try to clear you resolver DNS Cache memory, if you use high speed intenet.
**If this does not work, just be patient, and see if it comes back up in a few hours or days.****
Could you tell me which site you are having problems with?
Do you need instructions on cleaning out your resolver DNS Cache?

I could use the instructions, yes.
I'm not sure that I should disclose the website openly, because it contains ESA-protected emulation and I know that that is forbidden on our forums.

Oh, thats OK, just PM it to me then if you like.
Now, this is how to Clean out your Cache (for High-Speed internet.)
-Go to the start menu, and click RUN
you will now see the run window command line.
-In RUN, type the Following command: CMD
You will now see the command prompt window.
-At the command prompt, type the following: IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
(make sure to put a space between ipconfig and /flushdns!!
-when it is finished, it will pop up a new command prompt. Now type the following command: IPCONFIG /RELEASE
-when that has finished, type the following command at the next prompt : IPCONFIG /RESTORE
you will now see you IP address information. You are finished! if the problem was you and not the site, it will now load the site. If not, than it wasnt your problem to begin with most likely, just be patient, and hope they fix it.
